 Rear Admiral Mark Kenny is an experienced leader in both industry and the military.  A career submariner, he is best known for establishing the US Navy's Irregular Warfare Command as a Flag Officer and Northrop Grumman's National Irregular Warfare Center as Vice President for Irregular  Warfare Programs and Special Missions Systems.  Rear Admiral Kenny currently serves as President for Unmanned Maritime Systems at L3Harris .
